The leaf is picked at Orange Pekoe grade — whole, unbroken — then pulled before full oxidation and hand-rolled while still partially green.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e The result sits between worlds. Four to six steeping, each one different. \u003cbr\u003e   Each one revealing something the last one hid.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e  Pedro Estate has grown tea at this altitude since 1885.
