| Paid samples | 10 g per tea | Sample availability follows current stock. Shipping is charged separately. |
| Organic / COI route | Typically from 5 kg per tea where a compliant route is available | Certification eligibility is product-, lot- and destination-specific. Documentation and related fees are confirmed before order. |
| Private label / OEM | From 10 kg per tea | Packaging, filling, printed materials and production setup can increase the effective minimum. |
| Bulk packaging | Typically 1 kg aluminium format | Other formats may be possible depending on product and producer. |
| Pricing | Quoted by tea, grade and volume | Harvest, producer, certification, packaging, currency and logistics affect the final price. |
| Lead time | Confirmed with quotation | Swiss stock, Korea-direct supply and production orders have different lead times. |
| Shipping route | Switzerland stock or direct from Korea, depending on order | Destination, organic route, quantity and product determine the appropriate shipment route. |
Pricing
Why there is no single price per kilogram.
Korean tea spans machine-finished everyday grades, hand-finished green teas, small-lot Balhyocha and premium matcha. A useful wholesale price therefore has to be tied to the exact tea and commercial use rather than presented as one generic “Korean tea” price.
| What changes the quote | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Grade | Ujeon, Sejak, Jungjak, Daejak and powder grades have materially different production costs and market positions. |
| Producer & harvest | Small-lot hand production and annual harvest availability affect both price and repeatability. |
| Volume | Higher quantities can support different commercial tiers and logistics economics. |
| Certification route | Organic documentation and destination-specific requirements can add administrative and logistics costs. |
| Packaging | Bulk supply, retail filling and private-label projects have different packing and setup costs. |

Buyer questions
Frequently asked wholesale questions.
Can I start with only 1 kg?
For many standard loose-leaf teas, yes. Our standard starting MOQ is 1 kg per tea. Some rare, seasonal, powder or producer-specific products may require a different minimum.
Can I taste the teas before ordering?
Yes. Standard samples are 10 g per tea and are paid. We prepare the kit around your commercial brief and issue the sample invoice before shipment.
Are all Korean teas supplied as organic?
No blanket claim is made. Organic status and documentation are confirmed by product, production lot, certifying scope and destination market.
Can you support an EU organic COI route?
For eligible teas and routes, yes. A typical commercial minimum is 5 kg per tea, with the exact certification and documentation requirements confirmed before order.
Do you offer private label?
Yes. Private-label projects generally start from 10 kg per tea, but packaging, filling and production requirements can change the effective MOQ.
Where do orders ship from?
Samples and selected stock orders can ship from Switzerland. Larger bulk or route-specific orders may ship directly from Korea. The final route is confirmed in the quotation.
