Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At KTeaShop, we offer subscription-based purchase options so you can enjoy your favourite teas and wellness products on a regular schedule. The following terms apply to all subscription orders.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled order date. To cancel, log in to your account on kteashop.com and manage your subscription from your account portal, or contact us at info@kteashop.com.

Cancellations requested after an order has already been processed for the upcoming billing cycle will take effect from the following cycle. We are unable to cancel or refund orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped.

Pausing or Modifying Your Subscription You may pause or modify your subscription (e.g., change frequency, quantity, or delivery address) at any time through your account portal, subject to availability.

Billing Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis Monthly. You will be notified by email prior to each upcoming charge.

Refunds If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at info@kteashop.com. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Changes to This Policy KTeaShop reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via email.
