Founder of Malaysia Cooking Academy
Doris combines more than 15 years of food and beverage experience with over nine years of teaching. Her approach connects detailed technique with the practical needs of students who want to reproduce the work themselves.

International Experience
She has taught in Tokyo, Hiroshima, Seoul, Malaysia, Singapore, Manila, the Maldives, Brunei, Bangkok, Jakarta and Medan. This background helps her explain how to observe texture and adapt in different kitchens.

Three Days in Zurich
From 16–18 October 2026, Doris teaches three progressive levels at KochRaum. The hands-on format gives participants time to practise and ask questions while the material is in their hands.
