Aroma Wheel
This tea comes from the hidden forest of Yiwu. In this part of southern Yunnan, old tea trees grow within biodiverse forest systems rather than modern monoculture rows. Your tea is described as coming from high-growing ancient trees in Yiwu State Forest, with only full buds selected. What remains in the cup is a white tea shaped more by forest ecology than by heavy processing
A limited white tea from Yiwu in Yunnan, China, made from large, down-covered tea buds selected from mature arbor tea trees.
The buds are slowly withered and naturally dried without rolling or heavy shaping. This gentle processing preserves the tea’s clear sweetness, floral aroma and soft structure.
The first infusion opens with wild-honey sweetness. Later infusions reveal soft orchid, fresh wood and a clean, lingering finish. The tea develops gradually and can be infused several times.
Use 3–5 g of tea per 250 ml of water. Infuse at 85–90°C for 3–5 minutes. The leaves may be infused several times; adjust the infusion time to taste.

Origin Estate
Deep within the Yiwu National Forest, ancient tea trees have grown wild for centuries. They are not planted. They are not pruned. They grow upward, ten metres and more, competing for sunlight in the canopy of primary rainforest. All the energy of the tree concentrates in the buds at the very top — the buds that reach the light. The root systems interweave with rare plants in a thick humus layer, creating the complex wild orchid honey fragrance that no plantation can replicate.
Sourced by Shane from ancient tree farmers in Yiwu National Forest, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan. Ultra-limited annual production.
