Yes. All our tea experiences are hosted in English.

Where do they take place?

At KTeaShop, Vulkanstrasse 110C, 8048 Zürich (Altstetten).

Can I give an experience as a gift?

Yes. Buy a voucher online: Tea Omakase CHF 150, Five Senses of Matcha from CHF 70. The person you give it to then books their date with us.

Is Tea Omakase private?

Yes. Tea Omakase is a private tea ceremony, often booked for birthdays and anniversaries.

Can I buy the teas afterwards?

Yes. Every tea we serve is in our shop, and we ship within Switzerland by PostPac.

Korea makes very little tea, most of it by hand, and almost none of it reaches Europe. We ship it to you from Zürich.

Shipping & returns
Where do you ship?

Across Europe, and to the US, Singapore, Australia, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia and Korea.

How long does delivery take?

EMS Express takes 4 to 12 days. For lighter parcels to some EU countries we also offer K-packet, 10 to 20 days.

What does shipping cost?

EMS Express to Europe: EUR 15, or EUR 10 for orders over EUR 200. K-packet: EUR 5 for parcels up to 2 kg, where available.

Will I pay import VAT?

Orders ship from Switzerland or Korea, outside the EU. EU customers pay import VAT and a courier handling fee on delivery. These are not included in our prices and we do not receive them.

Can I return my order?

Teaware: within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging. Tea is food, so it cannot be returned, unless it arrives damaged or wrong. Then contact us and we make it right.
