Switzerland’s First Tea & Sake Creation
Where tea’s aroma meets sake’s rhythm.
Overview
Kaori (かおり) means “Essence of Floral.”
Weilu (味旅 / Weilu) means “Taste Journey.”
Together, they express two worlds in harmony — Kaori as the quiet bloom of presence, and Weilu as the path of discovery. This collection is the Switzerland’s first Tea-Infusion Sake, handcrafted in Switzerland by KTeashop × YamaSake.
Born from six months of collaboration between tea masters and sake artisans, it unites Asian tea philosophy with Swiss brewing precision — where aroma, patience, and devotion meet.
A new harmony between East and West, brewed in Switzerland, inspired by Japan.
Kaori (かおり) — Essence of Floral
Alishan High Mountain Oolong × Junmai Sake
A floral-forward infusion that unfolds like orchids in morning light — soft, mellow, and serene. Silken sake sweetness melts into Oolong’s body, creating a calm, elegant harmony that lingers like the warmth of remembered beauty.
Tasting Notes
Aroma : Orchid, lily, mountain dew
Texture : Silky and delicate
Finish : Light sweetness, balanced depth
Volume : 750 ml | ABV 12 %
Weilu (味旅 / Wèilǚ) — Taste Journey
Ruby Black Tea × Junmai Sake
A sensory journey where ripe apple and wild strawberry rise in quiet balance.
Smooth sake depth meets tea’s warmth, creating a taste both bright and mellow — sunlight fading into calm. Each sip lingers, inviting you to return again and again.
Tasting Notes
Aroma : Ripe apple, strawberry, honeyed grain
Texture : Rounded and smooth
Finish : Lingering fruit warmth
Volume : 750 ml | ABV 12 %
Limited Edition & Waiting List
Only 500 bottles will ever be made.
Kaori and Weilu are hand-crafted in Switzerland, where tea’s aroma meets sake’s purity.
Each batch follows traditional brewing methods that take time, balance, and patience.
How It Works
Because every bottle is made by hand, production is limited to 500 bottles total.
To manage this, we open a waiting list for collectors.
The first 90 bottles will ship in early to mid-December.
After that, new batches take about 3 months to prepare.
Bottles are shipped in the order people joined the waiting list.
Once you join, your bottle is guaranteed — and you’ll receive personal updates as it moves through each stage:
brewing → infusing → finishing → shipping.
