Brewing Method
Brewing Method
- 3-5 grams of tea (approximately 1-2 teaspoons)
- 250ml (8oz) of filtered water
- Water temperature: 90-95°C (194-203°F)
Instructions:
- Rinse your teapot or cup with hot water to preheat
- Add tea leaves to your teapot
- Pour heated water over the leaves
- First steep: 1-2 minutes for a lighter, more floral cup
- Subsequent steeps: Increase time by 15 seconds for each re-brew
- Re-steeping: This tea can be steeped 5-7 times, revealing new flavor dimensions with each infusion

Aspetto:
Foglie verde brillante, strettamente arrotolate, con una leggera lucentezza, indicativa della coltivazione ad alta quota e della meticolosa lavorazione manuale.
Aroma:
Elegante e delicato, con una base floreale che ricorda i fiori di orchidea. Questo è completato da note erbacee simili alla canna da zucchero, una dolcezza zuccherina simile alla meringa e sentori di frutta fresca come la mela verde.
Profilo del sapore:
Dolce, fragrante ed eccezionalmente morbido, senza amarezza o astringenza. Il tè offre un armonioso equilibrio di note floreali e cremose, con una consistenza morbida e setosa che indugia sul palato. Il finale è pulito e rinfrescante, evidenziando la sua origine di alta montagna.
Istruzioni per l'infusione:
Metti in infusione 3-5 grammi in 250 ml di acqua a 95 °C per 3-5 minuti.
Rielabora fino a 4-5 volte, regolando il tempo di infusione a piacere.
