How to prepare
Traditional style: Sift 2 g of matcha into a bowl. Add 70 ml of water at 75–80°C and whisk for 15–20 seconds until smooth and lightly foamy.
Matcha latte: Whisk 2 g of matcha with 40 ml of warm water, then add 150–200 ml of your preferred hot or cold milk.
A small ritual for slower mornings, clear pauses and moments you want to return to.
