1. Billing & Payment Terms

2. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Processing & Packaging: Each shipment includes a carefully prepared 40 g matcha pack. Packaging is included in the product cost.
- Shipping: Shipping costs are incorporated into your subscription fee. Shipment dates are communicated upon signup and can be adjusted if needed.
- Delays & Issues: In case of any shipping delays, you will be promptly notified with updated delivery estimates.
3. Cancellation & Modification
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by contacting customer service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Modification: Modify your delivery frequency, pause shipments, or update your shipping address through your account portal. Please make changes at least 7 days before your next billing date.
5. Refunds & Returns
- Refund Policy: Refunds are available only for orders reported as defective or not received. Please contact customer support within 7 days of receiving your shipment if you experience any issues.
- Non-Refundable Items: Subscription fees for completed billing cycles are non-refundable. Cancellations affect future shipments only.
