A semi-oxidized whole-leaf tea from Jeju Island, South Korea. Its processing places it between green and black tea, creating a layered aroma and a rounded cup.

Brewing guide
Use approximately 3.6 g of tea with 300 ml of water at 90°C. Infuse for about two minutes and adjust to taste.
