Flavor Profile:
Smooth and velvety, offering a harmonious blend of honeyed sweetness and malty richness. Mid-palate reveals deeper notes of chocolate and dried apricot, balanced by a light spiciness and a gentle floral undertone. Brewing Instructions:

Steep 3-5 grams in 250ml of water at 95°C for 3-5 minutes.

Re-brew up to 4-5 times, adjusting steeping time to taste.
