Every leaf of this green tea carries the weight of three generations. Park Soo-Geun, who first tended the cauldron fire at age six, was designated Korea’s very first “Traditional Hand-Crafted Green-Tea Master” when he became Food Grand Master No. 16 in 1999. Using the classic gu-jeung-gu-po (九蒸九曝) method—roasting and rolling the leaves nine times.
Aroma:
Softly earthy, the aroma evokes baked potato, aged dry wood, and a hint of roasted nuts
Taste:
Delicately sweet with layers that unfold gently on the tongue. Notes of mandarin orange and soft peach bring a juicy brightness.
