Last updated: September 30, 2026
Welcome to KTeaShop. These Terms of Service govern your use of kteashop.com and any purchases, bookings, or services made through our website.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Business Information
KTeaShop is operated by:
KTea Shop by Kim
Sole proprietorship registered in Zürich, Switzerland
UID: CHE-392.066.899
Vulkanstrasse 110C
8048 Zürich
Switzerland
Email: info@kteashop.com
Throughout these Terms, “KTeaShop”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to KTea Shop by Kim.
2. Scope
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, business customers, and users of kteashop.com.
They apply to purchases of physical products, professional tea supplies, educational products, workshops, tastings, events, and other services offered through KTeaShop unless separate terms have been agreed in writing.
For B2B orders, quotations, invoices, supply agreements, or other individually negotiated commercial terms may supplement or override the relevant provisions of these Terms.
3. Products and Availability
We offer products and services including premium teas, tea powders, related beverages and products, tea accessories, workshops, tastings, educational programs, and professional B2B services.
Products and services are subject to availability.
Agricultural products such as tea are naturally subject to seasonal variation. Harvest, appearance, aroma, flavour, availability, specifications, and quantities may therefore vary between production lots and harvest years.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, modify our assortment, or discontinue products at any time.
Product images are provided for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the delivered product.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.
For customers shopping in Switzerland, prices are generally displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise indicated.
For international customers, prices may be displayed in other currencies. Currency conversions displayed on the website may be approximate, and the final amount charged may depend on the payment provider's applicable exchange rate.
Prices may change without prior notice.
For B2B transactions, the applicable price is the price stated in the relevant quotation, wholesale price list, order confirmation, or invoice.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided by you is complete and accurate.
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by KTeaShop.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where, for example:
-
a product is unavailable;
-
pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
-
payment cannot be confirmed;
-
delivery cannot reasonably be completed;
-
fraud or misuse is suspected; or
-
legal, customs, food-safety, or regulatory requirements prevent fulfilment.
A binding purchase agreement is formed when we accept the order or provide an order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout or specified on an invoice.
Orders may be processed only after successful payment unless separate payment terms have been agreed in writing.
For B2B customers, payment deadlines and conditions stated on the applicable quotation or invoice take precedence.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Switzerland and to selected international destinations.
Shipping costs, available delivery methods, and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and order.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
KTeaShop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, regulatory inspections, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.
8. International Orders, Customs, Taxes and Import Requirements
International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, VAT, local taxes, brokerage fees, inspection fees, or other charges imposed by authorities or service providers in the destination country.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their destination country.
For professional and B2B shipments, applicable Incoterms, importer responsibilities, documentation requirements, certification requirements, and customs arrangements may be defined separately in the quotation, purchase order, invoice, or supply agreement.
9. Returns, Refunds and Food Products
We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase.
Requests concerning damaged, incorrect, or defective products should be sent to info@kteashop.com as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.
Because tea, beverages, food products, and other consumable goods may be perishable or hygiene-sensitive, opened, used, or unsealed food products may not be eligible for return.
Any voluntary return or cancellation rights offered by KTeaShop are subject to our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
10. Workshops, Tastings and Experience Bookings
Bookings for workshops, tea tastings, courses, private events, and other experiences may be subject to separate cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, and refund conditions displayed at the time of booking.
Customers are responsible for arriving at the specified location at the scheduled time.
Where an event must be cancelled or materially rescheduled by KTeaShop, we will contact affected participants and provide the applicable alternatives or refund in accordance with the booking conditions.
11. B2B and Wholesale Transactions
Wholesale, distributor, hospitality, private-label, OEM, and other professional purchases may be subject to additional commercial conditions, including:
-
minimum order quantities;
-
product-specific availability;
-
sample charges;
-
packaging requirements;
-
production lead times;
-
payment terms;
-
shipping terms;
-
certification and documentation costs;
-
customs requirements; and
-
minimum volumes for specific services or certifications.
Where a written quotation, pro forma invoice, supply agreement, or other commercial agreement contains terms that differ from these Terms of Service, the specifically agreed commercial terms shall apply to that transaction.
12. Product Information and Preparation

It should not be interpreted as medical advice or as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KTeaShop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
17. Force Majeure
