Kanemo Shifuku Shincha — Shizuoka Sencha
A spring first-flush sencha from Shizuoka, Japan, produced by the Kanemo tea family. The tea is cultivated using the traditional Chagusaba method, in which cut grass is spread between tea rows to support the soil and growing environment.
