Experience the exquisite taste of authentic Japanese matcha Premium Yame Okumidori Ceremonial Matcha. This is our first exclusive collaboration with KTea Shop with multi-generational tea master from Yame, Japan, known for producing some of the finest matcha in the world. The producer has been honored three times with the prestigious National Tea Competition (全国茶品評会) first-place award, most recently in 2023, solidifying their status as a master in the art of tea.

- Grinding: released November 2024 (熟成抹茶)
Flavor Profile:
- Tasting Notes: A vibrant dark green hue with a rich umami flavor, slight bean-like undertones, and a delightful sweetness. Experience a smooth finish with no bitterness.
- Aroma: Refreshing and clean, reminiscent of seaweed, kelp, and subtle marine notes.
Brewing Instructions:
- Use 1.5g of matcha with 60ml of hot water at 70°C for the perfect brew.
