Dear Tea Lover,
Three years ago, I stood in a centuries-old Korean tea house in Insadong, Seoul. Rain tapped gently on the hanok roof tiles as the tea master poured my first cup of wild Hadong tea. In that moment—surrounded by worn wooden beams, the faint scent of incense, and profound silence—I understood something essential: tea is not just a beverage. It's a portal.
Since then, I've traveled through mist-covered mountains, volcanic islands, and bamboo forests across Asia, searching for teas that don't just taste exceptional—but transport you. Teas that make time stop. Teas that bring you home to yourself.
The 사계 Collection is my letter to those journeys.
Four Teas. Four Memories. One Sacred Pause.

Spring's Memory – Standing in Fuding's ancient gardens at dawn, watching elderly farmers harvest white tea with the same gentle hands their grandmothers used. This tea tastes like hope itself—soft, sweet, patient. When you brew it, you'll smell morning mist and feel possibility blooming in your chest.

Summer's Memory – Hidden in Shizuoka's mountains, where green tea grows in soil enriched by Mount Fuji's volcanic gifts. The first sip brought tears to my eyes—not from sadness, but from pure, clean clarity. This is the tea that teaches us to breathe again, to find coolness in life's heat.

Autumn's Memory – Alishan's peaks, 2,600 meters high, where clouds become tea. The farmers told me their oolong "remembers" seven generations of hands that tended it. Each re-steeping reveals another layer—like autumn leaves falling one by one, showing us beauty in letting go.

Winter's Memory – Sun Moon Lake, Taiwan, where wild tea trees grow untamed. The locals drink this ruby black tea when families gather, when stories need telling, when hearts need warming. It tastes like coming home after a long journey—rich, comforting, complete.
Your Korean Tea House, Wherever You Are
Inside this collection, I've recreated that rainy afternoon in Insadong's tea house. The minimalist design, the careful ritual, the invitation to slow down—it's all here.
This box is your da-sil (tea room):
- A place to step out of time
- A moment to taste the world without leaving home
- A bridge between you and centuries of tea wisdom
- A reason to gather, or to sit in peaceful solitude
When you open this collection, you're not just preparing tea. You're creating what Koreans call jeong (정)—that untranslatable warmth that grows between people who share meaningful moments. Whether alone in morning meditation or gathered with loved ones on a Sunday afternoon, these teas transform ordinary time into memory.
