Five black teas. Five origins. One hour to slow down.
The Black Tea Journey is a guided tasting experience for
up to four guests. Together, we explore black teas from
Sri Lanka, India, Korea, China, and Taiwan — each with
its own character, history, and craft.
This is not a lecture. It is a sensory experience. You
will taste the difference between oxidation levels, learn
how terroir shapes flavor, and understand what separates
everyday black tea from something worth pausing for.
What's included:
- 5 guided tastings from five tea-producing regions
- Understanding the black tea process from leaf to cup
- Learning to recognize different levels of black tea
quality
